About this adventure
A small-group storytime at North County Regional Library in Huntersville for neurodiverse children: kids on the autism spectrum, with sensory processing challenges and/or ADHD. Library staff lead half an hour of stories and sensory-sensitive activities that welcome children of all abilities, and a parent or supporting adult stays with each child throughout. The library keeps the group small on purpose, so registration is required and spots are limited; you register with your child's name and age and a parent's email address, and the listing keeps a waitlist once it fills. It suits preschool and school-age children with their grown-ups. Sessions this season are Wednesday mornings, November 4 and December 2, 2026, from 9:30 to 10 a.m.
