About this adventure
The Charlotte Checkers' Teddy Bear Toss game, presented by Novant Health, is set for Saturday, November 28 at 4 p.m. on the team's 2026-27 promotions schedule. Fans are asked to bring a stuffed animal and throw it onto the ice after the Checkers score their first goal; the collected animals are then donated to local non-profits. The team also sells a ticket package that pairs a game ticket with a special-edition plush item for $55, alongside regular single-game tickets. Checkers home games are played at Bojangles Coliseum on East Independence Boulevard in Charlotte.
