Experience live opera as only Opera Carolina can do it! La Cenerentola , also known as Cinderella , is a story about a young girl who is forced to work as a maid in her own home. Her family is cruel and treats her like a servant. But along comes a Prince and with the help of a wise philosopher named Alidoro, she wins his heart. The story is full of fun and laughter, with characters like the Prince, disguised as his valet, and the stepsisters who try to look their best and marry the Prince. The opera is known for its fast-paced music and exciting singing, making it a favorite among children. It teaches us that kindness and goodness are more important than wealth or looks. Cinderella's commitment to honesty and forgiveness brings the opera down to earth, making it a heartwarming tale for all ages. Costumes are welcome! Best for ages 3-8.
