Marquette Park Cultural Center celebrates Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, on Friday, November 6, from 5 to 7:30 pm. The free, all-ages evening honors loved ones who have passed away with hands-on art workshops led by Maestro William, the Mobile Street Art Cart and Chicago Public Library, live performances by the Marquette Park Band Program and Xochitl-Quetzal Aztec Dance, local vendors and community resources. The park is at 6743 S. Kedzie Avenue.
