The Waukegan Park District's 2026 Halloween Trick or Treat Trail winds through Bowen Park on Saturday, October 24 from 1 to 3 pm. The enchanted trail features professionally costumed characters, and children collect candy as they walk, while supplies last. It is free and no preregistration is needed, so families can simply show up in costume. An afternoon start makes it a good option for toddlers and young children who are not ready for evening trick-or-treating. Questions go to Jordan White at the park district.
