What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Weekend dates are printed on the homepage without a year ('OCTOBER 3/4, 10/11, 17/18, 24/25'); they match 2026 weekends. Fall festival page says 'Saturdays and Sundays starting the last weekend in September and every weekend in October'. Year not printed, so needs_confirmation. Coordinates from the site's map widget.
