About this adventure
Lake Metroparks' free indoor holiday tradition turns the Candy Land board game into a life-size walk-through at Penitentiary Glen Reservation in Kirtland. This year's theme, Wild about Winter, takes families on a wintry adventure about what happens above and beneath the snow, with a themed craft, new scavenger hunts and hands-on exhibits. On Wild Weekends, Saturdays add animal chats and s'mores around a campfire and Sundays add animal enrichment demonstrations in the Wildlife Center yard. Best for preschoolers and early-elementary children.
