About this adventure

Cleveland Metroparks Zoo sits five miles south of downtown and is one of the region's biggest family days out, with Primate Forest among its newer habitats. Beyond the animal walks, children can ride the Circle of Wildlife Carousel and the Boomerang Train, catch a 4-D theater show, hand a leaf to the giraffes or a seed stick to the birds, paddle a Swan Voyage boat (up to five riders) or try the Eagle Zip Adventure; each is a separate small fee and ride openings vary by season. Re-entry the same day is allowed with proof of purchase. Cuyahoga County and Hinckley Township residents get in free on Mondays (most Monday holidays excepted) with proof of address. Special evening events such as the winter lights need their own tickets.
