About this adventure

Children ride a heated holiday train from Rockside Station with Christmas elves, decorations, milk, and a cookie. Riders can write a letter to Santa, and Santa may board the car during the trip. The railroad describes the ride as about 90 minutes and prints two departure choices, one returning at 6:30 p.m. and one returning at 9:25 p.m. Families are asked to arrive at least 45 minutes early for snacks and photos. Pajamas are encouraged. Each car has a restroom, and an ADA-accessible car is available. Parking at the station is free. Tickets are limited to 20 per person; larger groups are pointed to a private car through the sales team. Public sales opened September 29, 2026, after a member early-access day on September 15. A ticket-tracker signup emails links for seats that are still open. The ride is presented by Meijer.
