About this adventure
Young Chefs Academy in Solon runs weekly hands-on cooking classes organized around a new theme each month, so every class brings different recipes. Children work on food preparation, cooking and baking techniques, kitchen safety and proper food handling, and also practice presentation, table setting and manners. KinderCooks is paced for preschool and early elementary attention spans with simple recipes and basic nutrition; JuniorChefs builds on that, and SeniorChefs is for experienced students ready for more independence in the kitchen. Families can drop into single classes or take a monthly membership that holds a seat in the same class each week; first-timers can book an intro class. Placement ages are a guide and can vary with skill.
