KidStrong Polaris runs science-based weekly 45-minute classes that build strong bodies, minds and character, grouped by developmental stage: BabyStrong (crawling to walking, parent-and-child on the floor), 2 to 4 years, 4 to 7 years and 7 to 11 years. Activities mix movement, brain-building challenges and character coaching. A free trial class is available; camps and parties are also offered.
