What was checked & what still needs confirmation
Read in a browser (RecDesk timed out for curl). The street address is not on this page. It comes from the same organizer's RecDesk page for the Natural Wreath program (programId=1110), which says the Bicentennial Barn is at McCammon Creek Park, 6840 Bale Kenyon Road, Lewis Center. No ZIP code is printed there. The preservationparks.com McCammon Creek page prints 2656 Hogback Rd., Sunbury, the district office address, so it was not used. No fee is stated. The phone and email for program help are from the RecDesk calendar header.
