Costumed trick-or-treating among the animal barns at the Wolcott Mill Metropark Farm Center in Ray Township. Families walk a flat grass route from barn to barn, collect treats and see the farm animals, which wear costumes of their own; adults are encouraged to dress up too. Each timed session lasts about an hour and is held entirely outdoors, so dress for the weather. Sessions start at 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the last full October weekend. The Metroparks note it fills up fast: several early slots already show as full, so register online for a specific time before going.
