What was checked & what still needs confirmation
All Halloween in the D sites are listed on one City of Detroit page (curl, read 2026-10-21); 'free' comes from the program text ('safe, fun, and free experiences'). The page's sign-up link is for volunteers and participating partners; no family registration is mentioned. Merges three lines at one address: 7th Precinct trunk-or-treat (4–7 pm), Coleman A. Young Recreation activities (4–7 pm) and Fire Engine House 9 (5–7 pm). No phone printed.
