The Troy Public Library invites families to its Storybook Trail at Raintree Park to read the month's book and trick-or-treat along the trail. Start the walk any time between 4:30 and 5:30pm and finish by 6:00pm to collect the rewards for walking the trail; costumes welcome. Treats while supplies last, and children must be present and participating. Register each child who will attend; a Troy library card is required with priority for Troy residents (non-residents are placed on a pending waitlist). Registration closes at 3:00pm on October 28.
