About this adventure

Green Cove Springs closes Walnut Street for a full day of Christmas shopping, food trucks and live entertainment. The Christmas Village opens at 10 a.m. between U.S. Hwy 17 and Palmetto Avenue, a free Jingle Bell Fun Run follows at 11 a.m., and Santa hears wish lists in the Spring Park pool pavilion from 3 to 5:30 p.m. The lighted parade rolls down Hwy 17 at 6 p.m., then the city tree is lit at 8 p.m. with parade awards and a walk through the Parade of Trees. Rain or shine.
