About this adventure

Comic scientist Doktor Kaboom! brings his original show to the historic Florida Theatre: an hour of theater and increasingly spectacular science demonstrations that walk the audience through the scientific method with plenty of laughs. Topics include lab safety, pressure and force, simple machines, velocity, air pressure, mass and chemical reactions (including exothermic ones), and the difference between a demonstration and an experiment. The theatre lists it for grades 3 to 8 and ties it to Florida science standards, so it suits upper-elementary and middle-school kids, homeschool groups and school classes. It is a weekday-morning performance in the theatre's education series; doors open at 9:30 am.
