About this adventure

A preschool gymnastics program in its own enclosed area with equipment scaled to toddlers' smaller hands and bodies. Parent TOT is a 45-minute class where a grown-up and child explore movement, color and music together; Preschool Beginner (50 minutes) introduces listening in a class setting and basic positions; Preschool Intermediate (50 minutes) works on circuit skills with correct technique; and Preschool Advanced (1 hour) moves toward the bigger equipment before recreational gymnastics. Lessons use weekly themes such as tumble in the jungle, outer space and alphabet soup, and cover rolls, cartwheel kicks, bar skills and handstands. New families can book a $10 trial class.
