About this adventure
On Thursdays Wonderscope children's museum runs Art Time, a staff-led art class where children try a hands-on project with colors, shapes and materials. The museum explains it in terms of child development: art activities stimulate the brain through sound, movement, color and size and help strengthen neural connections. Sessions are offered four times during the day and are included with museum admission or membership, so it slots easily into a Thursday visit. Spaces are limited and sign-up happens only on the day: lists open 30 minutes before each class at the blue wall near the front of the museum.
