A hands-on holiday wreath workshop at the Mr. & Mrs. F. L. Schlagle Library in Wyandotte County Lake Park, Kansas City, Kansas. The library supplies a wreath base with fresh-cut juniper and cedar for the foundation, and participants decorate it with pine cones, acorns, ribbons and other embellishments; you may bring your own decorations too. All ages are welcome and each registered person decorates and takes home one wreath, so register each family member who wants to make one. The session lasts an hour and a half on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Registration is required and the class has already reached capacity, with additional sign-ups going to a waitlist.
