The 23rd Annual San Fernando Valley Veterans Day Parade steps off on Veterans Day, Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 11:11 a.m. The parade starts at the corner of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and San Fernando Mission Boulevard, travels south on Laurel Canyon Boulevard and ends at the Ritchie Valens Recreation Center, 10736 Laurel Canyon Boulevard in Pacoima. Veterans ride in the parade together with their immediate family members, defined by the organizer as parents, spouses, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren; only veterans with immediate family ride. Participant check-in runs from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., and parade applications are due by Friday, October 30, 2026, with separate packets for ROTC units and bands. Fred Flores is listed as the parade's president, founder and director.
