What was checked & what still needs confirmation

Release says 'Saturday, Oct. 17' without a year; it is linked from the current Long Beach Parks homepage as 'nc-halloween-26', and Oct. 17 falls on a Saturday in 2026. Street address taken from an earlier city news item for the same festival. Suggested $5 donation, so costType conditional.
