About this adventure

A free Halloween-night party inside Young At Art Museum, the children's art museum that now sits in Broward Mall in Plantation. The museum's homepage bills it as the CSC Spooktacular and lists creative art activities, a costume contest, games and treats, and tables with family resources and support. It is a good low-key alternative to trick-or-treating in the dark for toddlers and young school-age children: come in costume, make something at the art stations and collect treats indoors. Older siblings can enter the costume contest. The event runs for three hours on Halloween evening, so families can stop in on the way to or from neighborhood plans. The main museum entrance is on the northeast side of the mall, next to LensCrafters and north of the circular fountain.
