About this adventure
An afternoon at the Haggerty Museum of Art celebrating the traditions and cultural memory of the African diaspora, tied to the museum's fall 2026 exhibition theme The Otherworld is Home. It brings together storytelling inspired by African art, a youth dance performance, African food tasting and a curatorial storytelling workshop, and was developed with artists, educators, students and community groups including America's Black Holocaust Museum. Walk-ins are welcome; Eventbrite registration is also available.
