About this adventure
The Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra's family concert introduces kids to the instruments of the orchestra through Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, with the storytelling troupe Really Inventive Stuff bringing the boy, cat, duck and wolf to life; Ryan Tani conducts. The program closes with the world premiere of Andrew Maxfield's How to Escape from the Zoo, a narrated 'Scheme and Variations'. An hour of pre-concert activities includes a Bradley Symphony Center scavenger hunt, an instrument petting zoo and a composer station.
