The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board's Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary in Theodore Wirth Park is open for its regular season April 15–October 15, then weekends only on October 17–18, 24–25 and 31. Hours are Tuesday–Sunday 7:30 AM–6 PM (closed Mondays); the Garden Visitor Shelter is open 10 AM–6 PM. Access the garden parking lot from Glenwood Avenue.
