It's Bat Year at Wild River State Park near Center City. Celebrate bats on Halloween with a special 2-mile walk that stops several times for games, activities and stories about the only flying mammals. Meet at the Trail Center by 10:50 AM. Offered as part of the North Star Trail Travelers event but open to all park visitors for free; best for ages 6 to adult.
