About this adventure
Discovery Center in Murfreesboro is a hands-on children's museum with exhibits designed for ages 0–12, including the award-winning Farm to Table exhibit, the Great Outdoors exhibit, Nature Play and MathRox, a math-meets-playground space of life-size games, logic puzzles and a giant Tower of Hanoi. Free public programs run each afternoon. Next door, the 25-acre Murfree Spring Wetlands city park has paved trails and raised boardwalks with interactive wildlife signs, a history wall and stepping-stones through a pond-like water feature. Groups must include a child aged 0–12; adults are not admitted alone. Small snacks, water and baby food are allowed, eaten outside on the covered patio.
