The Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead holds its annual Santa Brunch on Sunday, December 13, with seatings at 10 am, noon and 2 pm in the waterfront Sea Star Ballroom. Families eat a holiday brunch buffet with a carving station, hot breakfast and lunch dishes, a made-to-order omelet station and a yogurt parfait bar, take a family photo with Santa (bring your own camera), and children make a holiday keepsake to take home. The brunch fee also covers aquarium admission for the day (the aquarium is open 10 am–4 pm), so families can visit the exhibits before or after their seating. Prices are $42 for children 3–12, $78 for adults and $10.35 for children 2 and under. Reservations are required by phone.
