About this adventure

One evening of downtown Orlando's Downtown for the Holidays program is set up for children and adults who are sensitive to noise and crowds. Organizers turn music off or down, provide a quiet place with water and snacks, hand out fidget tools and noise-canceling headphones, and run separate line systems for meeting Santa and the Grinch so families can wait with less stress. The rest of the holiday setting at Lake Eola Park stays in place, including the lit Christmas tree and the Merry Market on the east side of the park. A good option for autistic children or anyone who finds the busier December weekend nights too much.
