About this adventure

Sharpsburg's third annual Lucille DeLuca Halloween Parade & Festival invites everyone, spooky or sweet, to join a costume parade and then a festival in Kennedy Park. Parade lineup begins at 2 PM at James Sharp Landing and the parade steps off at 2:30 PM. Afterward the festival has vendors, photo ops and activities for all ages, including pony rides, designing your own trick-or-treat tote, Halloween temporary tattoos, scary stories with Ms. Alison, a slime activity with Ms. Sara and other local 'celebrities' to benefit the library, and magic and balloons with Baffling Bob. Young children should be accompanied by a grown-up. The event is presented by the Sharpsburg Parks & Recreation Commission and listed by the Sharpsburg branch of Cooper-Siegel Community Library.
