Every November the UCR Botanic Gardens hosts Art in the Gardens, an outreach day in Alder Canyon where curated work by California artists and craftspersons (ceramics, jewelry and other media) is offered for sale while visitors stroll the garden trails. The Gardens' plant-sale page gives this year's date: a pop-up plant shop (credit card only) runs 11/7/2026, 10am-3pm 'at Art in the Gardens'. Visitors register their license plate by QR code for complimentary parking in Lot 13, with shuttles between the lot and the Gardens entrance. The event page lists the 2026 participating artists.

What was checked & what still needs confirmation
The Art in the Gardens page itself does not print the date; the 11/7/2026 10am-3pm date/time comes from the Gardens' Plant Sales page describing the pop-up shop 'at Art in the Gardens'. Event hours may extend beyond the pop-up shop hours.
