About this adventure
The Hesperia Recreation and Park District holds its Veterans Day Ceremony at Hesperia Lake Park on Wednesday, November 11, at 11 am, to pay tribute to those who have served and continue to serve. The community gathering is free and open to everyone, and it gives school-age children a chance to see a public ceremony honoring veterans, thank local service members in person and learn why the day is observed. Expect a program of about two hours in the open air by the lake. The lake park's trails and fishing lake are next to the ceremony site for a walk afterwards.
