Southgate Library celebrates the Hmong New Year season with an afternoon of crafts and games. The program is aimed at elementary-aged children, but the library says everyone is welcome, so younger siblings and parents can join in. It runs for an hour and a half on a Friday after school. No registration is listed. It falls during the season when many Sacramento Hmong families celebrate the new year.
