Nonprofit, AZA-accredited zoo inside William Land Park with over 300 animals representing more than 90 species. Habitat areas include Tall Wonders of Africa (giraffes), Small Wonders of Africa, the Reptile House, Big Cat Row, lemurs and aviaries. Extras sold separately: Giraffe Encounters ($5 per person, daily at 10 am and 2 pm, giraffe and weather dependent), Conservation Carousel ($3), Zoo Train ($4), Virtual Reality Theater ($8) and Serengeti Cyclone ($3). Scheduled animal viewing opportunities run daily (e.g., HeroRAT at 10:15 am). Through December 2026 the Dinosaur Safari of life-size animatronic dinosaurs is included with admission. Nature Explorers drop-in activities run the second Saturday of the month.
