Theatre of Lights is Old Sacramento's holiday retelling of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas, staged on the balconies and rooftops of historic K Street. During the 20-minute show, sounds of Sacramento history surround the audience, the 150-year-old building facades light up in color, and Jack Frost makes an appearance before the 60-foot holiday tree is lit. Shows run Friday to Saturday at 6:30 and 7:30 pm and Sunday at 6:30 pm, plus December 23 (6:30 and 7:30 pm) and December 24 (6:30 pm only). Free to watch from the street.
