A hands-on Halloween workshop at the San Antonio Botanical Garden where families build miniature 'haunted house' terrariums together. Instructors show how to plant a tiny plant world in a themed container and dress it with seasonal spooky decorations; every participant gets plants, a container and miniature decor items and takes the finished terrarium home. It runs 90 minutes, 11 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 24. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and each participant (adult or child) needs a ticket: $35 per adult ($30 members) and $30 per child ($27 members). Registration is required through the Garden's event page.
