About this adventure

An afternoon of free flamenco performances in Yanaguana Garden, Hemisfair's playground park, presented by WeFlamenco Fest during San Antonio's Month of Flamenco. The program opens at 2 p.m. with a showcase of youth and adult flamenco students, followed at 3:30 p.m. by a Filipino-Spanish performance, a 4:45 p.m. reading of the Month of Flamenco proclamation by Poet Laureate Emeritus Andrea "Vocab" Sanderson, and at 5 p.m. Arte y Pasión's touring flamenco piece The Silk Road. Food and drinks are available nearby at Hemisfair. Admission is free; organizers suggest an optional donation that helps pay for the festival and supports local youth dancers.
