About this adventure
CMT San Jose's Junior Talents company, a cast of local performers ages 7 to 10, stages How to Train Your Dragon The Musical Jr. at the historic Montgomery Theater downtown. The musical follows Hiccup, an unlikely Viking hero, as he befriends Toothless, a misunderstood Night Fury, and learns that courage means seeing the world differently. A short, family-friendly junior version that suits young audiences, with kids on stage the same age as many in the seats. Two casts alternate: SCALE performs Nov 4 and 6 at 7 p.m., Nov 7 at 2 p.m. and Nov 8 at 11 a.m.; CLAW performs Nov 5 and 7 at 7 p.m. and Nov 8 at 3 p.m.
