Pierce County Library celebrates New Year's Eve early at the Milton Activity Center. Crafts and dancing start at 1:30 pm, juggler-comedian Alex Zerbe performs his Zaniac Comedy Show at 2:00 pm, and everyone counts down together to 3:00 pm, which the library points out is midnight in France, Algeria and Cameroon. A family-friendly afternoon for preschoolers through tweens and their families.
