About this adventure

Families say goodbye to Shabbat with a community swim in the Stroum JCC's warm indoor pool, ending with a short Havdalah ceremony led by Rabbi Megan (a braided candle, wine and a spice box). Pool toys, floaties, pizza and snacks are provided; families bring their own towels and a change of dry clothes for each swimmer. Each child 6 and under needs an adult with them in the pool, it is not a drop-off event, children who are not potty trained must wear swim diapers, and the SJCC swim test policy applies. Registration is per family unit and the event is open to members and guests of all faiths.
