On the first Saturday of each month the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg welcomes visitors with sensory processing differences: rotating audio components are turned down or muted, and colorblind glasses, noise-canceling headphones and sensory toys can be borrowed from Visitor Services. During the same hours families can join a hands-on sensory play and artmaking program with MFA staff and Curious Creations Co., geared for ages 2-10 and requiring registration at $5 per child. Gallery access is free for members or with regular admission.
