About this adventure
Each month in 2026 the Virginia Zoo marks its 125th anniversary with a day of in-person deals and activities on the 25th; the final one moves to December 26. Families get 25% off admission tickets, $1.25 rides on the Virginia Zoo Express train and gift shop discounts. From 10 am to 2 pm kids can bring duplicate zoo trading cards to the Trading Card Swap to trade toward a full set, and keepers give Zoo History Chats at 10 am and 1:30 pm. Deals are available in person only.
