About this adventure

Portsmouth's signature holiday event fills Olde Towne with music from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Showmobile performances, Portsmouth Public Schools ensembles, strolling carolers and roving costumed characters on High Street. Children's activities run the whole time in the Middle Street area beside the Visitor Center, with bounce houses, crafts, games and fire-roasted marshmallows. Restaurants, bars and churches keep the music going after the official end. It is free and has run since 1998.
