About this adventure
A costume parade for babies, toddlers and preschoolers at the Windsor Woods Area Library. Caregivers decorate their strollers while the little ones are kept busy with music and dancing, and then everyone parades in costume. Wear clothes that can get messy. It is for ages 3 months to 5 years with a caregiver. Registration is not required, but seating is limited: pick up an entry ticket at the front desk to be sure of a spot.
