About this adventure
The Norfolk Police Department's annual Trunk or Treat fills Scope Plaza in downtown Norfolk with Halloween fun for families. Children in costume collect candy, play games, ride kids' rides, jump in a bounce house and dance to music. They can also climb around the big boats, trucks and robots used by public safety teams, and take photos with police officers and with firefighters on their fire trucks. It is free and open to the public; follow the blue lights to the plaza. Parking in the Scope garage and nearby lots is usually $10 for special events, and garages fill up fast during big events, so arrive early.
