About this adventure
Norfolk's zoo on Granby Street has areas such as Asia: Trail of the Tiger, World of Reptiles & Friends, ZooFarm and the Run Wild! Nature Discovery Zone. Every day there are free half-hour Keeper Chats and Educator Chats (topics and locations posted in Fountain Plaza), plus Animal Ambassador presentations on select days. Thursday-morning Zoo Tales and toddler programs such as Wild Tykes and Little Zoo come with admission. Children under 16 must be with an adult. You don't need advance reservations except on Sensory Friendly Morning. Medicaid cardholders pay $7, and there are $2 discounts for military, teachers and Norfolk residents.
