Madhatters Skating Academy (Atlanta Ice House)

The Madhatters Skating Academy's annual Holiday Show turns the Atlanta Ice House rink in Marietta into a stage for skaters of all ages and abilities, from Learn to Skate beginners taking part in group numbers to competitive figure skaters performing solos and small-group routines. Expect a family-style ice show with holiday music and lights, put on by the rink's own figure skating academy rather than a touring production. It suits families with young skaters, children curious about figure skating, and anyone who wants to see local skaters perform before the holidays. Children can also take part: Learn to Skate skaters join through the 2026HS Holiday Show group (six weeks of rehearsals twice a week, dress rehearsal, costume and two show tickets), registration for which closes November 1 with late registration to November 8. Independent solo and small-group performances are for skaters at Aspire 3 / Adult Pre-Bronze Free Skate and above who take private lessons with an academy coach. Spectator ticket prices and how to buy them are not published; each performer's registration includes two show tickets.
