Buda Public Library's weekly class for homeschooled kids ages 9 to 11 covers a new hands-on topic every Tuesday — for example designing animal habitats in teams, bats and their role in local ecosystems, and the history and strategy of paper-and-pencil games. Sessions run about an hour starting at 3:00 pm in the Craft Room. No registration is required, but room capacity is limited to the first 20 children. Younger homeschoolers (6–8) have their own class at 1:30 pm the same day.
