A weekly class for homeschooled children ages 6 to 8 that changes topic each week. Recent and upcoming sessions include building animal habitats in teams, learning what bats contribute to the local ecosystem and the history of paper-and-pencil games such as tic-tac-toe. Classes meet Tuesdays at 1:30 pm for about an hour in the library's Craft Room. Registration is not required, but space is limited to the first 20 children, so arrive on time. A parallel class for ages 9 to 11 meets at 3:00 pm.
